Wow! Another busy week is in the record books and I'm finally getting a chance to post the kid's co-op. I've been keeping up with my fitness routine, but I think this afternoon on my friend's 40-foot homemade water slide has made me more achy than any of the work-outs I've been doing. Seriously, does 2.5 hours of slipping and sliding with your kids count as a work out? I think so.
